Welcome to ASCCA!
As the Director, it is my privilege to extend a warm greeting to you.
I have always believed that a child’s participation in community life should not be limited by their parents’ working hours or the complexity of city logistics. Having spent my career at the intersection of youth development and community sport, I have seen first-hand how the ‘3:00 pm logistics gap’ acts as a barrier to health, activity, and social connection.
ASCCA was founded to bridge that gap. We have developed a proven ecosystem that serves as vital social infrastructure for Canberra. Our model integrates professional transport, high-quality nutrition, and a digital safety net to create a seamless link between schools, sporting clubs, and families. Whether we are managing daily transitions for students or providing reliable charter services for school events, our focus is on professional delivery and community benefit.
ASCCA Kids represents the next chapter in this vision. By establishing this Not-for-Profit framework, we are building a permanent legacy: the Community Sport & Activity Hub. This is our ‘Community AIS’—a modular, highly organised environment where our transport fleet, nutritional programs, and multi-sport partnerships come together to support every child.
We aren’t just a transport or care provider; we are embedding the habits of a healthy, active life and providing a pathway for our students to become the next generation of community leaders. This is about more than logistics; it is about strengthening the fabric of Canberra society and ensuring our city’s youth have the opportunity to thrive.
